In order to do a good job in starting the spring semester under the new situation of Category B disease infected by the novel coronavirus, and to ensure the health of international students. According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Provincial Department of Education, combined with the actual situation of the school, and in accordance with the requirements of the local government on epidemic prevention and control and the start of the semester. The matters related to the return of international students to school for the spring semester are hereby informed as follows. Please read the notice carefully and strictly comply with all requirements.

Self-examination of health was carried out within three days before returning to school, and the health monitoring was normal, without fever (body temperature below 37.3 ℃), dry cough, fatigue, sore throat and other symptoms.
In case of fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat and other symptoms, antigen or nucleic acid detection shall be carried out. If the result is normal, apply for returning to school with the negative test certificate; If the result is abnormal, return to school should be postponed and reported to the school's prevention and control office.
For the international students who are still outside the country , the arrangement for returning to school shall be implemented according to the latest policy requirements of the superior.
Please consciously practice the concept of health first and be the first responsible person for your own health. Adhere to good hygiene habits such as wearing masks scientifically and washing hands frequently, pay attention to the etiquette of coughing and sneezing, and maintain a reasonable social distance. The room is often ventilated by opening windows, keeping air circulation, and actively carrying out sweeping to keep the room clean.
Do a good job of daily health management within three days after returning to school. If you have respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough or sore throat, fatigue, diarrhea and other symptoms, especially if your underarm temperature is ≥ 37.3 ℃, please inform the school clinic in time. You can prepare some antipyretic, cough, diarrhea and other drugs and anti-epidemic articles such as masks in advance.
Eat healthily, arrange work and rest reasonably, do not stay up late, maintain physical and mental comfort, actively adjust, actively communicate, and participate in the work and life of the new semester with a healthy and optimistic attitude. No large-scale gathering activities (except for normal teaching activities) will be held within the first week of school, and international students in the rehabilitation period will not participate in vigorous sports.
Key personnel engaged in catering, security, cleaning and other activities in the school carry out nucleic acid or antigen detection according to relevant regulations.
