Dear Students,
Welcome to Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages!
Please follow the “International Students Registration Process” guideline below to complete the registration process. Also, please refer to the “Map for International Students Orientation” for the locations of the different parts of the registration process.
★留学生需携带以下资料进行报到：
International students must bring the following documents to register:
1. 护照和有效签证（原件和复印件）Passport and valid visa (original copy and copy)
2. 《浙江越秀外国语学院录取通知书》（原件）Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages Admission Notice (original copy)
3. 外国留学人员来华签证申请表（原件）Visa Application Form for International Students (JW202 form) (original copy)
★其他注意事项
Notice：
1. 报到以后，留学生需前往绍兴定点医院进行体检。如果体检不合格，我校有权要求留学生退学。
All the students who are studying in Yuexiu University must obtain a medical certificate issued by Shaoxing hospital. Students will be informed to take health tests after registration. If the result of the health test is not fine, the qualification of studying in Yuexiu will be cancelled.
2. 中国教育部要求每名留学生在华学期期间都有医疗保障。浙江越秀外国语学院要求在校留学生在注册的同时购买保险。如果学生没有有效保险，将被取消注册资格。
The Chinese Ministry of Education requires that all international students be medically insured throughout their study in China. Yuexiu University international students are required to purchase the insurance on the day of registration. Please note that students without valid medical insurance are not allowed to register.
3.一般情况下，我校要求留学生统一入住外国留学生公寓，若因个人原因需在外住宿，需在报到时填写《不住宿责任书》。
Generally, international students are required to live in the international students’ apartment. If students need to live off campus for personal reason, please submit the Responsibility Agreement of Off-campus Accommodation when registering.
4. 住在留学生公寓的学生，在办完报到手续、缴费手续后，需再次前往师生服务大厅外事窗口凭缴费凭单进行临时户口登记。
After registration and payment, the student who are going to live on campus are required to go to the Foreign Affairs Department in Teachers and Students Center for a residence registration, taking with them payment vouchers.
